There’s a mission that fits you

Senior missionaries serve in over 450 missions worldwide — 6 to 24 months, from home or across the world, at a senior-friendly pace.

The need for senior missionaries is bigger than who's serving

50%

more senior missionaries needed

6,300

serving worldwide (2017)

In 2017, David Williams, global operations manager for the Church-service missionary program office, said the Church needed about 50% more senior missionaries than the roughly 6,300 then serving. That gap is thousands of couples and individuals — and for many of them, the cost of serving is a major barrier. Closing that gap, one grant at a time, is why this foundation exists.
